What is the difference between the Snapshot and the full 2ndOpinion™?: The Snapshot is report only and covers the essentials: your executive summary and the full diagnostic scorecard across the six areas, the financial indicators and the AI-era stage. The full review adds the verdict, goal alignment, area-by-area findings, sector context, competitive position, growth gaps and priorities — plus an advisory session with a Techboard executive.
How does the Snapshot upgrade credit work?: Starting with a Snapshot carries no financial risk. If you commission the full Strategic Diagnostic within 30 days, the whole €2,300 / SEK 24,900 is deducted from the €9,900 / SEK 110,000 fee.
How long does it take?: Days, not months. Once your submission is complete, the diagnostic is produced and read by a Techboard executive before release.
Who sees our material?: Only Techboard. Your submission and documents stay inside your own account and are never shared or published.
What if we already have a strategy?: That is the point. 2ndOpinion™ re-tests the strategy you have against what the market has become — it does not write a new one.
What happens after the report?: You may act on it yourself, or continue into next phases of the The Value Growth Framework™ — in which case €5,000 / SEK 55,000 of the full fee is credited.
